DARIAH Friday Frontiers: Autumn/Winter 2022 Series

From October to December, the "Friday Frontiers" webinar series will take place, which this year DARIAH is also opening to the wider public. Friday Frontiers webinars allow researchers, practitioners, and the broader DARIAH community and now beyond to learn about current research, best practices and societal impact, and various tools and methods in the digital humanities.

Has anyone cited a woman? Citational justice in the humanities, and elsewhere

Recent studies have highlighted the systematic undervaluing of women and other marginalised groups in various fields. In this one, Sally Wyatt will talk about the activities they have undertaken at Maastricht University to help students and colleagues develop tactics to address this issue.

Science Mapping in Immersive Architectures

First-person digital storytelling on difficult heritage: Block 15 of the Haidari Concentration Camp

The "Block 15" project (2020-2023) is an interdisciplinary research and development project of the Department of Computer Science of the Athens University of Economics and Business that focuses on the infamous Block 15 of the Haidari concentration camp in western Athens, the largest and most notorious German concentration camp in wartime Greece.
